Hearing heartfelt, inspiring stories from the Australian Small Business Champions Winners at the 2025 Gala Dinner was very humbling. Every business has its own story, from starting in a garage or kitchen to partners, parents, and grandparents helping out and looking after the children, fighting and overcoming adversity, and the power of diversity.
Being involved as a judge on the judging panel and as a business growth, future-proofing, and exit specialist, seeing the very high standard of entrants and their remarkable stories was an honour. Congratulations to all the winners, finalists, and small businesses in Australia for your work as the engine room of our economy.
Of course, such an event would not have been successful without Steve Loe’s vision, Mary Southwell and team dedication.
